SenseICT® doesn’t do one-size-fits-all. Every engagement is scoped to what you actually need – not a pre-packaged tier that’s too small six months in or too expensive to justify on day one.

Here’s how most engagements work:

Monthly Retainer

Best for businesses that need ongoing support or monitoring, or have regular work they want handled without needing to raise a new quote each time. A set number of hours per month at a fixed rate, with anything over that scoped separately. Predictable for you, sustainable for us.

Project-Based

A defined scope, a fixed price, a clear outcome. Good for infrastructure builds, migrations, automation projects, or anything with a clear start and finish. We scope it properly upfront so there are no surprises at the end.

Hourly / Ad-Hoc

For overflow work, second opinions, or situations where you need someone senior to step in and sort something out. No commitment required beyond the work itself.
